"6 Months of Waiting—X Music Still Hasn't Replaced My Faulty Speaker!" I bought a pair of M-Audio BX8 speakers from X Music at the end of August. Just two weeks later, one speaker broke. I returned it to the shop, only to be told they didn’t have a replacement and had to send it for repair. Fair enough, I thought. Six weeks later, I called for an update—nothing. Just “wait a bit longer.” I was still patient. Just before Christmas, I spoke with Liam, who told me they couldn’t repair it because the speakers were now discontinued. But good news—they were expecting the new model in a week or so! So, I waited. Again. It’s now February. No speaker. No update. No care. Liam’s on holiday, and when I called, the guy on the phone couldn’t have cared less. Six months since I returned a faulty product, and I still have nothing to show for it. Avoid X Music unless you enjoy endless waiting, empty promises, and terrible customer service.
