Have only had good experiences with Tile Merchant and this was no exception. The sample service is efficient and very helpful in decision making. Final order for marble mosaic was received speedily and without any stress. Very happy to recommend.

Excellent service, bought tiles on Sunday afternoon and delivered on Wednesday. There was a few broken tiles on pallet but a quick phone call and they were replaced without any issues. Friendly helpful staff from shop to delivery drivers. Brilliant company to deal with
