A: Pets are monitored throughout the day in our small pet boarding facility. If a small pet gets sick we will continue to access the situation and make a decision if your pet needs to visit a vet. Permission to bring your animal to a vet and access to the animal’s medical history is part of our Terms and Conditions. In the event of a serious illness, we will notify you as soon as possible.
