A: We can only guarantee same-day delivery on orders placed before 12pm. Whilst we will endeavour to get your order delivered on the same day, orders received after 12pm may be delivered the following day. - Q: What Are Your Delivery Times ?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to allocate specific time slots. Should no one be available to accept the delivery, the flowers will be left on the property (porch or step) or with a neighbor. Failing this a card will be left stating that delivery was attempted. The recipient will then be required to call to arrange a re-delivery or collection from Floral Art. - Q: Can I collect my order in store?
A: We offer the option to collect your order at one of our 5 stores. At checkout you can select a collection date and then select the store you would like to collect the order from. You will need to provide your order number when collecting. Please contact the store before collection and give 1 or 2 hours notice. If there are any issues with the order we will contact you well in advance.
