Eve products picture framing is the oldest picture framers in Ireland. We also specialise in Canvas stretching, and also specialise in framing sports jerseys.Photographs, prints, and posters are reproduced on a Fredrix Artist Canvas, which is primed and acrylic. I went to collect my painting on Friday Aug 7th '26, but the frame on the bottom left was out of alignment and the gold paint on the inner frame/lining was flaking off, (which was seperate to the black frame). John said the flaking/peeling gold paint was the intended "effect". Make of that what you will. I then had to bring it back. I collected it again Friday Aug 14th '26 and, unusually, it was cellophane wrapped so I couldn't inspect the edges. When I got home and took off the cellophane wrapping, I noticed there were several scratches on the border of the painting itself. I informed John about this via whatsapp, but he said he had taken the cellophane off before showing it to me in his workshop, which is a lie. Although the framing was better, John concealed the new scratches with the cellophane wrapping. I should have taken the wrapping off there and then. Ill know in future. Thankfully, I was able to touch up the painting and fix the scratches Never again. Avoid
