- Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We ship World-wide with DHL at a fixed rate of €50 for Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and Japan with 2-3 business days’ delivery time. Surfboard fins are sent at a more economical rate of €10 with An Post. It is €55 postage for all other World-wide countries with DHL. Surfboards travel with DHL and due to their volume cost a significant amount to ship. DHL will deliver in 2-3 business days. A: We're open 10-4 Everyday. We are principally an online shop but as always, you can contact us on email/phone/message and we'll look after you. - Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This is a legal requirement for online vendors. We are flexible, within reason, on this return stipulation. If you're a week or two after this no problem.
