"Flixonase Allergy Relief Nasal Spray is a medication designed to alleviate symptoms of allergic rhinitis, commonly known as hayfever, and other airborne allergies. The active ingredient is fluticasone propionate, a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and helps control the body's reactions to allergens such as pollen, dust mites, and animal dander.This nasal spray offers long lasting relief from airborne allergy symptoms. Each dose delivers 50 micrograms of medication, and the bottle contains 60 sprays. The product works by reducing swelling and irritation in the nose, offering relief from itching, sneezing, and a blocked or runny nose. For adults 18 years and over, the recommended dosage for the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis is two sprays into each nostril once a day, preferably in the morning. Once symptoms are controlled, the dose can be reduced to one spray in each nostril once a day. In some cases, two sprays into each nostril twice daily may be required for a short period to achieve symptom control. Onset of action can be observed in some patients as early as 2-4 hours after use. It is typically non-drowsy. It is important to note that Flixonase should not be used if you are allergic to fluticasone propionate or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. Before using Flixonase consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you have ever had an operation on your nose if you have an infection in your nose or if you experience blurred vision or other visual disturbances. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine."
